Oh, and also those who want to make it "perfectly" natural can use some natural (organic) oil instead of baby gel. I prefer grape seed oil as it's cheaper than almond or olive oils and it's also the safest - it doesn't cause any irritation what so ever!!! It also has vitamin E in it. Enjoy your "scrubbing":-)

Yeah, the idea is cool though. I use some natural colorants: beet juice for pink, carrot juice for orange, coffee grinds for brown, blueberries for blue/purple & etc.

I saw somewhere a shampoo that has seasalt in it, and I was thinking of adding seasalt to my shampoo... I was wondering if it might give my hair some added texture and make it easier to fix (because my hair is so silky I can't get it to tease or style well even if I use styling products!) but I was wondering if it would dry my hair out... Has anyone ever tried this or heard of it??
