Greeks dont have a specific name as a tribe, but they call each other Urumi. Why?

For the "greeks", Georgia tells us that they are called the name Gorci (gora-forest), and the turks called them Karakachans.
But Greeks don`t have a specific name as a tribe, but they call each other Urumi (Urms = Romans ??) but according to history we know "Greeks" as Egyptians and not Europeans.
Does the term Urms means Romans??

The modern Greeks belive that word URUMI means ROMANS.
That is completely wrong!!

@tripleMboy You must be referring to the word 'Romios' and 'Romioi' for plural. It means 'mighty, strong' in Greek, hence why they sometimes refer to themselves as that (not so much anymore). Some academics have postulated that the city of Rome got its name from that word.
