You could make life easier for yourselves by making some bigger flask tongs,nice outcome on your casting though!

Your casting machine setup seems a bit uncomfortable(you shouldn't have to reach so far over the setup to drop the pin) and a fine grit sandblaster instead of a wirebrush would help in de-vesting...other than that...good work.
