The device survives after risking water damage to the phone in our water test. Our solution was to submerge our water damaged phone in rice.

What can you do if your Nokia N900 becomes water damaged?! Well, this video explains it all!

We placed our water damaged N900 in a container of rice for 20 hours. Thankfully, the phone turned on, and is working just fine.

Another suggest method would be sticking your phone in an oven set at 125 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 hours. We'd.. recommend the rice solution.
