  • LOL lonell luv this interview! hilarious when u asked anye why he came out as an openly gay artist instead of hiding like most of them? priceless xD but i luv anye's music i wish him the best of luck and hopefully he goes far! :)

  • I hope he goes far, most gay artist don't go that far which is sad because gays have allot of talent like any other sexuality and its sad to see them not go main stream and hurts me to think if he was straight be'd be signed and already would of had a #1 album by now. I truly wish him all the best.

  • What a charming, witting and courageous young man! He is absolutely right to take the stance that he took and 'recognise no closet' and to realise that if 'there isn't a door [i.e. an opportunity ] - then make one'. Listen once the 'Almighty dollar' a 'value system' not only in the US but passed on to other countries in the world - once an 'out' music artist, film/theatre actor/tress is seen as a viable financial prospect - watch the stampede out of the closet! Great vid. interview, Lonnell!

  • To be honest...It troubles me when I see gay men, because I know most of them have a story. Some of them are happy the way they are and they'll let you know in a minute, but for others you could see the sorrow and confusion from being victimized into being gay all over their face!

  • WOW. Thanks for posting this. I love Anye's music. I am so glad that he is and over comer
