    NO..that is technically wrong

    The EM eflects the bulk of the SOlar wind and the bulk of thermal radiation is lost in the Thermosphere which is why the menosphere is as cold as -255f

    The bottom of the Stratosphere is 32f the top 140F,with top of Troposphere 32f and heat near surface regulated by Evaporation/percipitation from latent heat as well as uva/uvb rays adding heat via agitating atoms in surface
