AKKA Full Contact National 2007 H/W 3rd and 4th

3rd and 4th kyu fight, this is actually my first fight, for this tournament and full contact without any padding.

Im the guy who almost gets KOed while trying to get his GI back into shape. Thank god the bell rang because I was at my limit by the end of it, all I did was non stop punching, as you can see

probably just the full contact, although its not a bad idea to warm up with the nc the day before. Ill make my choice on friday. How about you?

this is why you NEVER fix your gi until the fight is completely over and you're off the mat. Or else you can so easily get KOed!! Don't worry about the gi, it's bound to open up during training or kumite.
