UUHHH no, in almost every sitcom in American, what do you see? The women being beautiful and intelligent, and the man being a fat moron. Example, shows like "According to Jim". Every commercial has a couple with a women catching the man do something stupid. Wake up. In reality, women used to have it bad, now ironically it's turned bad on men, and people like you haven't realized it yet. I'm just waiting for the equality between men and women.

Hey, us women are sick of miss smarty pants in the commercials and her dopey stupid husband. It actually harms us, because it creates a narrative in our culture that women are the only ones who can do the housework and crap properly. And unless you actually enjoy housework, this is not much of a compliment. Yes, it is sexist, but not just towards men. Why do you think movies like Bridesmaids have been such a hit? Women want to see relateable, fallible characters.
