No, 4000k is whitish-yellowish. 5000K is pure white. Just look on any Kelvin color scale online.

whats the difference between 5000k and 8000k they look like the same colour pattern but 8000k are a bit deeping looking? and 5000k have a brighter look too them? i want that teal green/blueish colour is what im going for in my 1.8t jetta

4000k is blueish... 5000k seems to be pure white.

did you put in projectors or the standard housing?

those are not projectors, they're HID's and all I did was replaced the bulbs (H7's) and ballsts

Wish i could get my 2005 S40 HID's working!! - generic kits don't work - i'm working on it :-) Worked fine on my 2001 S40!

i saw your S40 on vspeed. i am actually thinking of buying an 04+ s40 after I get tired of my car, but the turbo on the new s40 is so limited
