I don't really care what anyone says, Twilight Princess SOUNDED the eeriest. Majora's mask was eerie with it's story (YOUR WEARING AROUND ANOTHER CREATURES SOUL ON YOUR FACE FOR HALF THE GAME) but Twilight Princess had the most eerie soundtrack, and sometimes the monsters (those shadow things) were pretty scary too.
