Invincible Shrieker in Ratchet Deadlocked

Okay, by Shrieker I don't mean a screamer. A Shrieker is an enemy in Ratchet Deadlocked, such as the one featured in this video.
The thing that sets this Shrieker apart from others is that this one is invincible. No one knows why it's invincible. I don't know if anyone has even found it before me!
To get this to happen, go to Sarathos (it can be any play-through, though I did this in Challenge Mode), then go to the first Hacker Orbs. Hack the first one, then press down on the d-pad (Regroup). Now Shriekers will pop up forever. But soon, you'll find one or two you can't kill!

If you watched the video, you'd know that I stood below the Shrieker. The Shriekers in this area have boundries. One of them was the place where I was standing.

Actually, I checked on the kill counter, when I killed one of those, it counted as a kill to a Shrieker.

I've had this happen to me in the Endzone challenge, the challenge where you have to kill the enemies before they charge into a little box you're defending, with those little blue guys.

Suffice to say I lost the challenge very pissed off -_-
