GTA IV Funny Suspension Mod! LOL

Modded the cars suspension BR Line

If you want to achieve this then follow these steps

1. BACK UP YOUR FILES! I CANT STATE THIS MORE THEN ENOUGH, BACK THEM UP!

2. If your confused on how to backup the files, then follow this link and run the program

3. When the program is running click "Verify Files", One the files have been verified you have the option to "Apply the patch".

4. Applying the patch will make copys of all of your data files and naming them (For example) "Handling.magic.dat"

5. You are then free to play around with any of the files in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data

6. To make the cars react in the manner of the video. Apply "10.0" (Without the speechmarks) to every vechile, Make sure that you apply it in the suspension section under the "BR" Section.

7. HAVE FUN!. (And if you mess up, Run the program and click "Recover") Also remember to click "Verify" which is above "Recover" As it uses the games procedures to check that the files are legit and arent modded, (The program obviously bypasses it and lets you play with modded files)
