@murjax its always hard to find good mbta employees that have good attitutde , like the bus i take to go to Braintree, is actually really cool guy driving and welcomes every person that walks in the bus.
And to think that after he was done with his speech, nobody on the train even seemed to care! That was pretty awesome, I now know that the Fitchburg Line's got at least two awesome conductors. The guy who always took my fare on the 419 train was always nuts every time he opened up the door to talk. Monday night was the first time I've rode that line in over a year, it was nice to be back.
I love this guy PITTSBURGH!!!! THAT'S ME!!! I am from Pittsburgh and have relatives in Mass. I could just see this train going to a rave party out of state, all us party people and this cool guy! Reminds me of the bus driver who was so nice to all us misfits!
@drum3433 I agree with you 100%. I'm just glad some of them like this guy don't think the worst of people and try to have a good attitude towards everyone regardless of how they treat them back. More people should TRY to be like him, even if it is hard. IMO this has to be a job you like in order to do it well, so you should only do it if you like dealing with the public.
@murjax It isn't easy for them to be so enthusiastic. It seems like an easy job but it must take a toll on them dealing with the public, especially people from the Boston area. My hat is off to the people like this gentleman that try their best to have a good attitude.
That's Andrew, he's an assistant conductor, probably the coolest guy ever. He used to be on my train, the 5:00 Worcester Express...I'm sad that he got moved!
