@nanshoji All right, so there are two different groups.

However, my question is this: Are there two different drums featured in this video, or is it just one large drum shared by the two different groups? If each group owns their own giant okedo drum, then both groups must be well-funded to be able to afford a drum of such size.

I don't think my taiko group would purchase such a big drum. It probably costs at least 25,000 U.S. dollars, and we would have no place big enough to store it.

@nanshoji Just as I thought. Both of these groups probably meet for practice at a location with a HIGH ceiling, like a school gymnasium or something similar. It's the only place I can think of where they could safely store drums so large.

By the way, would you know just how big both of these drums are? Also, if you know the approximate cost of the drums and who the manufacturer is, please tell me. I'm curious.
