Good guess..I thought it was J.D. Daniels myself when I saw this! The actor playing Frank is Louis Todaro, while Daniels was the one who played Charles in the Full House episode "Slience is Not Golden".

@oj21uk I believe she was in that Macaulay Culkin movie Richie Rich from 1994. Also, the actress who played Catherine was on a couple episodes of the Cosby Show titled "Rudy's All-Nighter" and "A Girl and Her Dog"
