you can take every word this guy says at face value. when he says he came from hard times, he ain't lying or exaggerating. he's coming from a town of 4500 people, but he was raised in a town of less than 2000 where you graduate and either die early, work in the mines, or get out.
it's rough here and i couldn't be prouder of him for making it out.
