While I agree with you, the point of the video isn't to shame men.

The performance was supposed to get the attention of everyone in the area to send a message and spread awareness. It's important that it caught the attention of people who might normally just walk by because the problem doesn't go away just because people don't participate/ignore it. They're not the cause of the problem, but just not partaking in it doesn't help stop it.

The point is to raise awareness, not to shame anyone.
