I guess its time for a new dictionary. What dictionary can you recommend for me to speak real authentic Yiddish?? I guess Weinreich's is inaccurate then?
Let see.. I have Der Oytser fun dem Yidisher-klal shprakh by Stutchkov, and also Harkavey's dictionary.. I also have a Russian-Yiddish/Yiddish-Russian dictionary. Tsulib fun dos, bin ikh a bisl gemisht vegn vos tsu ton.. Bite, rekomendir mir vos tsu ton?

@Nadav34 Why, because the Weinreich dictionary says so? That's the normal word in Yiddish. I've met people who grew up in Poland, Romania, Lithuania and went to Yiddish schools and that's the word they use. People say "zayt azoy gut" but that means "would you be so kind as to...", not "please." Please is bite in Yiddish.
