Memorial University Residence Protest - April 13, 2010

Unhappy students living in residence at Memorial University in St. John's, NL speak out against the actions being taken over the past year by the housing office and the main dining hall. From changing the way fruit is made available at the main dining hall, to making Blackall co-ed and dissolving resident-elected house executives, the residents are becoming frustrated with the fact that many of these decisions are being made without input or consultation with them.

The residents held a protest at the main dining hall on April 13, 2010 to make their opinions known. This video was taken from the Tuesday, April 13, 2010 edition of the NTV Evening Newshour.
