I like and APPRECIATE your "real world" examples because you not only show how to do it correctly but you also show us how to react when there IS a screw-up (which will happen to all of us); you did the same thing on your cable wrapping video and it was very helpful.

yeah that's the one thing i don't like about Yamaha boards, you have to select the right channel, and also turn on the EQ. I've done that a bunch of times too.

I'm curious what EQ changes and/or dynamic you made at exactly 1:10, a very noticably detailed guitar came out afterwards..less muddy

the monitor guy was having a patch problem that day and I didn't have time to wait for it....I had to move the video taping and soundcheck forward because we were running late.
