From what I could see and hear from the police talking as they arrived, an employee or a customer called because they saw a man with a weapon. They claimed that the man had a knife with him. The police actually hid behind the dual entrance/exit doors and waited for him to leave. As they were leaving, I turned my camera on.
I went back inside when the clip ends. I finished shopping (took 10 minutes) and when I came out, the police cars were still there and he was in the back of it. The man was pretty hysterical when they were arresting him, so I am assuming he did have a weapon on him.
I started filming after they started going after him, because the police saw me with my camera. I didn't want them to tell me to stop filming before the good stuff started to happen.
*could, sorry

@TheRaellz But I thought that you couldn't carry a CONCEALED weapon unless you had your permit/license. He probably didn't have the weapon (knife) CONCEALED or he was caught without a permit. At least, that's how it is in my state.

For every one sayin that its legal to posess a knife, this varies from state to state, in NJ its illegal to posess a knife for the purpose of self defense and anything can be considered a weapon if it is used to kill or cause bodily injury to an individual

@hardwirecars well brandishing it in a threatening way of course but simply to carry a knife is what i was referring to.

@TheRaellz actually if you brandish it in a threating way its then considered a weapon and yes this goes for any thing
you point a spoon at some one and they take it the wrong way its a weapon (i know its dumb but its the law)
also if its a switch blade its illegal (not sure if thats all over still)
