Please someone answer these questions. If I don't believe in god can I still go to heaven?And if I can't then why should I believe in him apart for the fear that I could go to hell?

@evilantman1 God knows your heart. God knows who are His and who is not. If you don't believe in God, then why are you concerned about going to hell? A true Atheist doesn't waste his thoughts on hell or heaven or God.

@blackbird69xxx Really? You don't know what the Holy Scriptures say at all. He came for the ONLY one purpose, to die for our sins. He is indeed the Messiah and that was His mission. None other. You need a Savior and you should be on your knees thanking Him that He loves you enough to come here and die for you.

@james0805 He spoke at the U.N and he said that Jesus Christ is not the Christ. He said that Jesus did not come here to die for our sins and that he (the person of Jesus Christ) was just some guy that was walking around on the earth and got "possessed" by the "spirit of christ" and when Jesus died, the "spirit" left him and moved on to Maitreya. That is a lie from the very pit of hell. Anyone who denies Jesus Christ is antichrist and has the spirit of error, not Truth, in them. 1 John 4. Read it

My friend, “God . . . commandeth all men everywhere to repent” (Acts 17:30). This repentance is a change of mind that agrees with God that one is a sinner, and also agrees with what Jesus did for us on the Cross.

In Acts 16:30-31, the Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas: “ . . . ‘Sirs, what must I do to be saved?’ And they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved . . . .’ ”

I too at one time feared being all alone in the universe, without a god...facing annihilation at death with no afterlife...to never have the "unjust" brought to justice and the "righteous" their just reward...Oh, and to see our loved ones again. You THINK that being an Atheist means you lose your sense of right and wrong, your morals, who you REALLY ARE...wrong!

Its not ridiculous to debate the existence of God or gods...but you have to specify which one since there are/were thousands of gods. You are more like me than you care to admit. For you also do not believe in the other thousand dieties. But we differ reject one more god than you. One more! You can do it!
