I tried it a few days ago, I covered them in garlic and soaked them in beer for two hours, then I cooked them in the grill.

They were very nice!

I tried the same thing with stakes, I soaked them in Newcastle brown and fried them and they were the best stakes I had ever eaten!

Im more of a beef eater.... but that pork chop meal made my mouth water.
