My car remote sets off someone else's alarm

I'm in this parking lot, and I unlock my car and it seems like an alarm sounds somewhere. So I push it again and the same noise happens and it is really loud. I keep pressing my remote to unlock the car, and the alarm goes off, and then I lock my car and the alarm goes off. I thought it was the truck but it turned out to be the old Subaru wagon.

It's bound to happen with so many cars and so many frequencies. I am here trying to figure out why my car alarm goes off every morning at 4 something AM. It must be somebody else unsettling their car alarm or perhaps my Comcast tv boxes that mysteriously come on by themselves by program yet Comcast techs seem to know nothing about it. Yeah that's weird. At first I thought they were spy devices (still might be) but maybe they are transmitting tv watching patterns
