@Exutus How can you say this, I think as a producer you need all the tools you can get! Look at deadmau5, JohnDigweed, Sasha, and Kill The Noise they all use reason, Record, and Vsts. Like the moog V, Sylenth, and Omnisphere.

To say right, yes it's easy to setup and relax, the best part is the EQ and compression and the timestrech is one of the best i ever heard, just Awesome !

@CoOlTy3000 no you wont need reason, however if you are a reason user i highly recomend the combo or "duo" pack, its cheaper than reason is alone (especially if your a student) and it basically makes it like REASON ULTIMATE er.. something lol, you never have to open reason again because it IS reason inside of record., you can even open old reason songs inside of record and then do anything you'd like.
