You don't, the elite premium gives you access to all DLC's. So, you basically prepay for the DLC's.

Cod Elite has never been of value, no one uses it, and the maps are the worst maps i have ever seen. They are just scamming you. They overcharge us for these shitty maps, even for half the price they are still making money.
