The gentleman at the end of this video totally doesn't get it. He's trying to visualize electrons as existing "in" E-8. The questions he ask are meaningless because electrons don't "relate in size" to the E-8, they are a part of it. They are "created" by movements and symmetries of the E-8. They are points where the E-8 interacts with itself in eight dimensional space.
