what a stupid discussion^^ i'm german =)and i love this outro and kaiser comes from the latin word ceasar and means nothing else than king i think^^ and i think, too that the russian zar or kaiser =/ was killed in the russian revolution 1918 and russia wasn't conflicted in the wwI because it had his own problems. So, this was a little history lesson from me for you =D.
