"Celebrate the Canadian Dream" Part 1

Celebrate the Canadian Dream! an enchanting and informative new Sound & Light show on Prince Edward Islands National Historic site Province House was launched July 2 2009.

The Sound and Light Show integrates video, giant projections and light along with an historical narrative and an original score to mine the riches of history, and invite the audience to explore Prince Edward Island and Canada, as it points to the future. It powerfully evokes recalls, engages and challenges the senses and is fast-moving, dynamic, and simply spectacular.

The large scale multimedia production is a charming introduction to PEI for newcomers and a warm and loving look at the Island for those who already know it well. The Charlottetown Sound and Light Show enhances Charlottetowns place in the minds of all Canadians as the Birthplace of the Canadian Confederation. The 22 minute long bilingual show will run every summer from July 1st to October for the next three years.

This show was created and produced by the artists and technicians of Torontos AVH Live Communications. AVH Live Communications also created the internationally renowned, award winning Sound & Light show currently running on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
