the solution is easy ....just retore your iphone using itunes ....if that didnt work uninstall then reunstall itunes...that should do it ...it happen to my iphone and my girlfriends ...all fixed now

If is no Kate, Its deff RIPDEV prefrence , remove it from phone

just uninstall "kate" from installer and that will fix it :)
