EAS: Law Enforcement Warning/Local Area Emergency (LEW/LAE) due to Avian Influenza

I am back! But videos will be posted infrequently, and it is still impossible for me to take requests.

Ahead of the movie "Contagion," I decided to make a disease-related EAS series, with a Law Enforcement Warning and a Local Area Emergency.

Requests are TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Future requests for videos MUST contain the following:
- The location of the emergency
- The type of emergency
- The type of title card (i.e. "blue screen", "green screen," etc.) you would like
- A brief back story explaining non-weather or complex weather events
Few videos that do not meet these requirements will be accepted. All others are subject to change based on my schedule. (I'm busy, guys...)
Also try to avoid too many nuclear apocalypse scenarios or zombie outbreaks. Those are the two most frequently requested videos, and I have too many at one time.

Good EAS! Glad to see some non weather related EAS again.

I suspect it is going to be a REALLY kick ass movie. Especially if it makes use of the various studies on human reactions the a serious outbreak. Could be as scary as a Zombie outbreak from just people going nuts.

If I may suggest. The 5 day going from "OMG watch 0ut for da dude with bird fu" (Just being silly with that) to "Oh noes! everyone with bird fu stay here lol" is a bit jarring. Perhaps something in the middle?

@Wildrosestands - For future reference, my videos are works of fiction unless otherwise indicated. This is usually the case for weather related warnings - tornadoes, severe thunderstorm warnings, flash flood warnings, and so on. Anything that's as apocalyptic-sounding as this will not be true in my videos.
