Actually, she is telling the simple truth and most people are to blind to see it. Its scary that people worship satan blindly. Jesus tells us through Paul in Ephesians that our battle is not with flesh and blood but with spiritual wickedness...strange we dont hear that part of the word but hear the part God gives us the desires of our hearts. @rapsodierap its' normally more complicated than that. Once you sign certain contracts, you can no longer just put out music when, where and how you want, and when you're locked in, you're locked in AND liable when you go against the grain.

@tooreel It's even worse than that--Lauryn is a lucid genius--which means she saw the game, saw her role as a pawn--and decided NOT to play. A lot of people cannot understand that each for their own selfish reasons. Fans want to hear her, others want to make money from or off her--she just wants to live--and live fully and be--not for us or you or me--but for herself, her family, her ideas. Peace lauryn--I can fully respect and accept your decision to not to be pimped by the industry.

"Everyone's got it going on - yeah right! yeah right!" See Lauryn knows. It's all BULLSHIT. The thing is the woman can't pretend - that's the reason why she isn't 'thriving' in this industry. There's nothing wrong with her, it's the industry which is so totally fucked. it can only carry on into being drama and porn. Lauryn is the real thing. We know. :)
