@80Cecil woww you know nothing about cat physchology do you? Look at the way the cat's tail is moving. Usually when a cat is scared and unhappy it moves its tail kind of violently like the cat did in the video. And the cat actually did try to run away if you saw the whole video he/she tried to run away but the dog stopped him/her.
