the two needed are the audio in and microphone in, thats all?

Dude, EBAY.. SECOND HAND.. CHINESE COPY.. if you can get these new for £10 you are pretty damn stupid for not buying them and selling them for five times the price.. unless you're mega rich.. in which case you shouldn't be on youtube telling people how you can get a headset for 10 quid on Ebay..

Yes, I would if you use him often. If you do not use it often, it's better to buy a cheaper one.
