@xperianced A pinch of salt per liter of water is what is often recommended. I've also heard of people adding broth into their diet. For the most part the act of not avoiding salt like many people do because they think it leads to dangerous blood pressure is enough considering the salt content in many foods

You aren't recommending the white salt that is sold in grocery stores, right? Ocean salt contains all the minerals which were removed from wite table salt. So does Himalaya salt.

I heard it wasn´t healthy due to overload of salt, so that should do it?
Thinking of getting a home-machine for bubbly and salt the water too!
