Nice dark green bass....and I agree about waiting to set the hook....you got to do that to increase the hook up ratio and you my friend got that down pat it looks like!
Thanks. It's something I've been trying to work on. You're right though, the natural reaction is to swing away! But you gotta fight the urge and you'll increase your hookups on the frogs.
its ez to use hard to master, but I'd suggest get the cheap one first (scum frog) try throw it near heavy weed or lily pad (highly suggest lily pad for start) just try to imitate a frog pause in the holes between the pads for like a good 5-10 sec at least. You will get tons of bite on a nice day now here come the tricky part for these kids of lure (Wait min 2 secs b4 u set the hook and set it HARD) and I mean Hard.
