Guns are tools, plain and simple. If a crazy person kills someone with a knife are you going to cry out to ban knives because they kill people? What about a roofing hammer? You could kill a person with one of those petty easily. People need to stop trying to shift blame onto the tool and keep it where out belongs. Guns wouldn't hurt anyone if nobody used them for that purpose. And as for gun laws? Only law-abiding citizens follow them, and law-abiding citizens don't go around shooting people....

Well, no one knew he had mental illness. There was that video he shot of his community college when he acted a little crazy, but he bought a gun before that. I do agree that hand guns are only used to kill other people. it's much easier to kill with a hand gun than a rifle because rifles are more noticeable. You can still protect yourself with a rifle.

@skyline2340 I've been shooting since I was six years old. I'm tired of people making these false generalities. JUST STOP. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. You could kill someone with a car much more easily than you can with a gun. Giving the licence to have a car is exactly the same as giving the lcence to kill people.

@herrbrahms i agree with what youre saying but he also said before that if they hadnt gotten this man to the ground he would have shot him. he also said he saw a man holding the gun, not pointing it yet he only grabbed the mans wrist and made him drop it and didnt shoot him. situation dictates and perfect scenarios only exist in the text books. Like he said you dont have time to think only react.
