British Silver Seagull long shaft outboard motor / engine 4-5hp approx. direct drive. A classic British Silver Seagull outboard motor / engine in good working order. Great condition. Long shaft direct drive (no clutch). Code number on engine = WSL588EE7, which I think makes it a 1977 Silver Century. 4-5 hp approx. Steel fuel tank with no dents or leaks. I originally bought this in the Lake District and have had great fun with it there. Looking at the lack of corrosion I suspect it has been used in fresh water rather than salt water.
