Well, you don't have to be a musician to know that some music is great, some music is good, some music is mediocre, and some music really sucks!

The consensus of critical opinion was that Diana Rigg's sitcom was not a good show, and that an actress of her talent and beauty deserved a better vehicle.

@bunny4t4 Would you believe the series has been digitally re-mastered and selling on Amazon in the UK? It's a bit costly but the DVDs contain extras from behind the scenes and a lot more goodies. Although ot's region 2 DVDs you can usually convert your region 1 player to multi-region.

Loved seeing this again. I remember seeing this show when it aired. It was the BEST show of a very short run. Can't remember all of it, but I do remember it started with Diana decorating a window display and people appearing outside the building carrying signs that said "Diana Smyth, Your needed." (Take off on the Mrs. Peel, we're needed Avengers openings) and her responding with "Oh, lord! he found me! How does he always find me?" or something very close to that!

OMG!!! This is TOO cute. I love seeing them two on the screen together again in this episode. This is great. Thanks for posting. Too bad their kiss didn't last for a few seconds longer and that this show wasn't really as popular back in the day. I'm so surprised it wasn't. Hello it's Diana Rigg as Emma Peel from The Avengers!!! Who wouldn't watch it. She's such a beautiful and talented actress and here having her own show and it didn't turn out as good is so sad. She deserved better.

Thanks for posting. Steed and Emma are the greatest. OK, this isn't The Avengers, but....! I never knew of this show, and I wouldn't be surprised if Patrick's appearance was a ratings-boost attempt if this show was indeed doing so poorly. Much as an appearance of The Wonder Years' Danica McKellar ("Winne Cooper") appearing on the rather poor show "Working" staring Fred Savage (Kevin Arnold).
