Best Way to cook Fish!

Khee can cook, so can U part II !

Best way is to eat fish as sashimi. So this is actually the 2nd best way!
So in this short episode, I steamed a goatfish which I speared for dinner. It is a very simple recipe and anyone can prepare this dish in less than 30mins.
Goatfish is one of the best fish to steam as its flesh is very creamy and soft.

I have seen ppl cooking it on the grill with salt and lemon. or just deep fry in beer-batter

as long as it is fresh, goatfish will deliver a beautiful meal!
