They need to focus on criminals and not the guns of lawful citizens. Any gun is just a tool like a hammer is to a nail and if missed used, the results can be equally deadly. Referring to the Chicago murder of a young kid that was beaten to death buy a piece of lumber; you don't see them trying to ban wood and make you go through waiting periods to buy or pay a $200 tax stamp to get something better or special. I bet if they were being attacked by a bear, they would think otherwise. Join the NRA!

my opinion of the second amendment is dont ban any guns if a redkneck wants to put a whole paycheck into an AR15 to make him feel like a man than who are we to stop him

if you knew any redknecks than you wud realize that most of em are extremely friendly and show major enfacis on gun safety my dad showed me the safety before he showed me the trigger

My right to own a gun has nothing to do with gun murders. Criminals get guns illegally and will continue to do so no matter what laws may pass. Doesn't matter the gun used for evil either it can be anything, banning certain guns will have no impact whatsoever. It just takes them away from the honest guys. Drinking and driving is illegal and kills, do Democrats want to ban cars now???? Or just certain cars? How about a paticular beer? Obama supporters are usless americans.
