I am proud to be a MICHIGANDER and proudly drive my GM car with its FLINT POWER PLANT! I wish more people would drive AMERICAN! Shame on all you TOYOTA PRIUS, KIA, HONDA, and all the other FOREIGN MADE JUNK Drivers out there! There is no PRIDE anymore! I could give shit if your Foreign junk is made here in the USA, the profits still go to some Foreign slanty eyed dude in elsewhere!

Us working class americans can not buy into the "Union Bashing"! I hate when we debate issues and people try placing all or majority of labor industry problems on unions. Try looking into bad management and corporate greed. Then stick up for yourself and demand Fair wages and safe workplaces. Respect yourself and your neighbors, take pride in your work and skills, stop playing the blame game and lead by example. Read the book "where have all the leaders gone?" by Lee Iaccoca. Brainfood!

Define "unrealistic wage increases" you mean cost of living increases? You mean overtime? Try working 6 days a week in 100 degree heat welding fenders.
Autoworkers. Deserve. Every. Penny. They. Get.
When your company has a product that is so hot everyone wants it, has a waiting list, you will have enough money to more than cover wage increases. Making tons of money means never having to worry about paying workers!
