@TheTinkle I'm sure nothing could really substitute for real-life instruction; but since I don't have that option, the WDNY dvd's are great. I do feel that I've learned a lot from them, and learned it correctly. The beginner ones usually have really good, dense breakdowns of the movements - telling you not just how the move should look, but how it should feel and what muscles to use. If you don't have an instructor I highly recommend them, and even if you do they can only help. :)

Wearing pants again. It is too difficult to see the leg movements. When you are teaching you need to let the students watch your bare legs, knees and feet.
