@DavidGigan Hi! I appreciate your thoughts very much. Some folks get these vids. and a few are starting too. Made for the internet so to speak as I wanted to put forth shorter and to the point videos, much like a quick recipe on the back of a box (or like mum's old recipe index cards). There is a bit of fun and kook in some vids as I do not have much time to share my personality or thoughts on cooking as much as I would like too. Thank you very much David and have a great day! KtC

I rarely find myself cheerleading much of anything, but I love your videos. They are short, to the point, substantive, and have a hard-to-define entertaining campy vibe. Simply put, they are everything that YouTube should be. Your videos blow the HowCasts, ExpertVillages etc., and network offerings out of the water. I've made a few of the dishes - they are great, and now that I see how many you have, I'm going to make more! Don't change the vibe - and please don't change that music!
if were going to bake these instead of frying, should i do high heat, or a lower heat, to get rid of the fatty skin?

@thatbastardson That is a good way to go. Toss them in for the first 15 minutes at about 450F. Lower to 350 until done. 'If' I go at a lower temp. I would give them a full hour as to crispen/ dry them up (see my Super Bowl Wings vid.) . They will not be as authentic (I'm one who believes not all Hot Wings are Buffalo Wings) but certainly damn tasty! cheers, KtC
