I had this for that atari 5-1 something or other... This was my favorite game, made it to like lvl 8-9 I think

I've always wondered if the design was at all influenced by Blakes 7. The ship looks a bit like the Liberator and the Federation had those little red fighters. There was also an episode where the Liberator returned to her creators who lived in a big space station much like the ones in Bosconian.

This was my favorite shooter on MSX. Excellent game.

Looks quite a bit like the arcade version, very impressed with this, have you seen the X68K version on here, it`s Bosconian took to the max...
and yes, teoamn, one of the greatest games ever... I put a vid up of it running on ZX Spectrum (which itself is pretty much like an MSX hardware wise) :)
