I had TONS of requests for this tutorial. This is for turning ordinary old keys into fabulous shabby chic ones that you will use in your projects. So much fun!

This tutorial is in 2 parts so make sure to check out Part 2 for the finished results and the rest of the tutorial! Here is Part 2:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xp_gZ99Q_LE

The products I use for these and the original video are:
Variety of old keys
Ranger Adirondack Acryllic Paint Dabbers (Lights)
FolkArt Crackle Medium (if you want to crackle them)
Distress Embossing Ink
Distress Embossing Powders (gives GREAT texture!!)
Lindy's Stamp Gang Sprays
Heat gun / embossing gun
Tweezers for moving hot metal keys
Non-stick or heat resistant mat or surface
Ranger Archival or Stazon Ink pad
Stamps of your choice
Lace, trim, ribbon or seam binding to tie on keys

Any questions let me know :)

Thanks for Watching!
