Which is what Allen West said. If you choose to change the subject over to the banking industry, sure, go ahead, because you're incorrect in that regard as well.

Private loans to students have been regulated by the government for decades. The government has controlled the rates you've paid for a long time.

The healthcare law included a government takeover of all student loans. I can no longer go to the bank or to a private lender to get my student loan, I have to borrow all my money from the government, and all my preexisting student loan debt was confiscated and is now owned by the government.

Next time you go trying to defame someone based on their party affiliation, you might try informing yourself on the substance upon which you're attacking them
