Abbey 2D Open Poles at Golden Spur

Darn, 31 seconds because we missed that one pole. Now I know the problem, I tried to use one hand, but it was way too far on the right side of the reins which caused her to try and go the other direction. At least they didn't disqualify me for being off pattern. Too bad my run before this wasn't filmed because I had a new record for her, a 25.78 something. Her new record is almost a whole second faster than her old one! That isn't what surprised me the most, I only used one hand the entire time for the 25 second run, which I have NEVER done!! My friend said if I would've made the end turn (the very last one before we head home) like I did in this run I probably would've gotten a 24, oh well, I am proud of my pony. This was our first show this year.

Mystery Class (it was a frisbee throwing contest on your horse): 1st!! with a clean run and a 6.8.

Ring Race: nothing, I dropped a ring

13-17 Poles: 25.78 5th place!!

2D poles: 31 something + 5, but still she was hauling butt, and she wouldn't have missed that turn if I wasn't in her mouth.


Good weekend overall though!!
