The company HIDROAYSEN try to build five mega hydroelectric centrals in the basins of the rivers Baker and Pascua into the Chilean Patagonia, destroying with the water reservoirs rivers`banks, the original ecosystem, with its rich local fauna and culture. The electrical installation, would go from Aysén to Santiago de Chile, covering a distance over 2.000 kmts, and then after 1.000 kmts else to the north for giving electric energy to minery, destroying the landscape, jungles and forests.
The company, with all its power, sosteins a terror campaign through the media, affirming deceptively the only alternative solution is darkness.

We, Chilean people believe that earth doesn`t deserve to suffer more aggressions and we have to defend her. On the contrary of Hidroaysén, we just believe that exist another energetic compatible alternatives with nature conservation: BUT WE HAVE NOT AN ALTERNATIVE PLANET.

PATAGONIA WITHOUT RESERVOIRS!!!
