what are you on about, sometimes tasteless overuse of vibrato can ruin a piece which is the case in this slow piece. why don't they have the faintest clue what they're talking about?

i agree, the vibrato gets a tad tedious after a while

Every long note a vibrato. So typical of violin. Boring. With your technique you can do better. Learnt emotion.
